A minimum one night's deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation. Bookings made on or after 03 August 2009 must be secured with credit card details.

First Announcement – A promotional email outlining the conference details to be forwarded to colleagues and association members.
Conference Banner – The AAQHC 2009 Conference Banner is to be used on promotional slides, adverts and newsletters.
